Few days ago, my friend Nancy introduced a new website she visited to me. Because she want to do business online, so, before giving her suggestions, I think I should search it carefully.

How about its legality?

Shopping online is always based on law protection. So, we should first check its legality. When I search crazypurchase.com reviews in Google, the full page is the information about it. Madeinchina.com is an old B2B website which is the same as EBay; its wholesale marketplace is using the same domain as a mini site /section. Thus, it is a legal entity. You can take it easy.

The Product: fake or not?

The first impression of Made-in-china.com giving me is that I saw another eBay, Ha-ha. To some extent, their styles are a little the same such as the design and structures. Also the catalog of this site is not so abundant, I want to search some beautiful dress but nothing appeared. So, I’m a little disappointed about its limited products. But one thing surprised me was they even sell food on line. I found that most product pictures are too small to recognize. But the information of the product is clear enough.

B2B Reviews and Ratings

One thing I was satisfied was that Made-in-china.com provides the details of companies which sell products through the site. From this point, their products are not fake, but for its quality, I’m not sure.

Customer Service

I have to say that the Customer Service in Made-in-china.com is just so so. My friend is a good example! She placed an order with them and wanted to communicate via email. At first, they replied quickly but when he sent email during not-working time, she got nothing even if he waited for 3-4 day. So far, the feedback is still in the air. Maybe it was the problem of lucky, they missed the email. But Nancy told me she would try it again, fortunately, she did it. So, it’s really hard to say the service is good or not. If they check your email, that would be good, but if not, that would be bad.

Conclusion

Absolutely, it’s not a scam online store but it still needs much more improvements to achieve perfect! For its product quality, maybe you can have a try, but if you are in a budget, then think over again before doing it!

Sometimes, it is a pleasant experience to research on Chinese wholesale sites. Nowadays more and more people show the interests in China wholesales, so simsimgate.com is a site that is worth our attention. I never used this site before, and can I trust this site?

 

1. The site quality

Simsimgate.com is a new site, registered on November 30, 2007. The website design is well laid out and easy to navigate. All the categories can be easily found.

 

2. The products quality

Simsimgate.com offers non-brand products, which have no any difference with many other replica goods of other sites. Actually, for those wholesale sites, all these goods are obtained from the same markets.

 

The prices of electronics have no competition with those of other sites. The goods are priced a little more highly than other sites.

Conclusion

I really cannot find any evidence for their credibility in products and service. There is no trust on this website. So I think you should better find another China website to go on the business.

Bigboxstore.com Review: Trustful or not? Any Complaint?

I was looking for my third cell phone all the time but nothing got. Coincidentally, I was attracted by a promo named Bigboxstore.com in Google search. I originally thought maybe it’s a good choice for me to shop my favorite cell phone. So, I began to notice it.

What does Bigboxstore.com specialize?

To make it clear is there anything I want, I first entered its website. Hum, looks great. However, its products mainly focus on Cell Phones, MP3 or MP4 Players, Digital Cameras, Spy Cameras, Security Products, PC Accessories, and more… So, if you are a fashion lady, then it not your cup of tea, but for those electric favorite, maybe Bigboxstore.com is not a bad choice, just like me.

 

I noticed that most of their clients are wholesalers, but they also sell to clients on a retail basis, which means you can buy in smaller quantities to keep your stock levels down and your profit levels up. So, as individual, it’s not a good place to shop because they are not willing to take a lot of time for a little money.

 

Bigboxstore.com Product

 

Maybe Bigboxstore.com does not have any brand name items, so it is a good seller without fake problem which will bring lots of profit as far as I know. All the products are real made in China, or China brand. The functions are powerful and cool, such as CECT cell phone. Also, it give me some confident for its product because they never cheat you with “Hipbone” with an “iphone” logo.

 

Payment method

 

Bigboxstore.com currently accepts PAYPAL, WESTERN UNION, Money Gram, and BANK TRANSFER as payment methods. PayPal is a payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. Most online stores firstly use this payment method. For other payment ways, I think they are not so convenient.

 

Ending conclusion

From my point, think it may be a qualified wholesaler for it quit profit to sell real cheap china product. If you consider doing wholesaler business, this site is a not bad choice, but if you are only a shopper like me, maybe you can just be a passerby.

Aliexpress.com Review: Good Products yet Awful Service

My recent research on Aliexpress.com is a good experience. I am a little happy to find this site where I see a wide variety of selections in styles and designs. From its goods to customer service, there are some issues worth our attention.

Product quality: are these goods good?

At first, I see a vast selection for diverse goods are available. Each product is crafted excellently in the site, such as reasonable price, clear and numerous pictures of the actual products, detailed product descriptions and so on. However, I find the following questions:

1. Extra information is found in the title of product. It seems complicated and blurry.

2. Most of products are sold at very inferior prices. Compared with other sites, this site offers a series of goods with more inferior prices. But does the inferior price can guarantee the quality? I am really puzzled.

3. The goods are full of diverse brands, known or well-known. To a very big extent, this site provides plenty of unknown branded goods. Thinking of their inferior prices, I cannot make sure whether the quality is top and trustworthy. There is no adequate evidence for their creditability.

4. Product comments are just fake and incredible. Most of comments are the same as each other. I find one buyer just gives more than 2 similar good comments with such word “Excellent”. Besides, all products comments are good. No bad comments can be found in this site. Obviously, this site is fooling the buyers! I cannot bear such ridiculous site.

The site: usability and good design

It is very easy to find the target goods in this site. I find this site attaches importance to each category of each selection. For instance, shoes are divided into women’s shoes, men’s shoes, girls’ shoes, boys’ shoes and baby shoes. The promotion activity is seen clearly in the middle of homepage. Most of all, I can easily find out my target goods. Well, I have no complaint about its website design!

Service: allover, versatile yet imperfect

1. Shipment is fast within 5-7 days, while it is unreasonable when I see each product is described with a 2 or 3 days’ shipping. But most of all, this site offers 7 shipping methods, such as UPS, EMS, DHL, FedEx Express, etc. Also the goods are packed tightly to prevent damages. How convenient!

2. Payment methods are also vast, more than 4 selections included. It contains Moneybookers, Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer and debit cards.

3. One-year guarantee is offered for all goods.

4. I complain its customer service. The live chat is unreal with no actual staff. No phone number can be seen. I only find an email dress. So awful!

Conclusion

I cannot bear the unreal, incredible quality and prices information that this site offers to me. More importantly I attach importance to the quality and price. So I cannot bear this junk site!

Focalprice.com Review: Is it the trust worthy product source? Any scam with it?

While you are going to shop online, so many wholesaler stores appeared in front of you. Maybe you have been very familiar with many famous online shops such as eBay and Amazon, but as an electronic favorite, I like to search different websites which specialize computer, technical gadgets and so on. Focalprice.com catches my eyes!

The website design

To be honest, when I opened this site, it seems that I saw a familiar online shop, dgate.com. Maybe the website design is the copy cat of dgate.com. That is not a problem. The key is how can such design attract customer and help us to shop easily. From overall look, everything ganna be arranged great. You can quickly find which kind of product you want whatever the promotional part or the new arrival. So, good start!

The product of Focalprice.com

FocalPrice is a Chinese company who has more than 70,000 products in a variety of categories including consumer electronics, computer accessories, cell phone, communication products, technical gadgets and so on. Indeed, when I click the product catalog, so many kinds of products appeared!

You can find a variety of cell phones and accessories, Cases & Skins, Computers, Keyboards, Cameras and Camcorders, Cases and Bags, Toys, watches, video games and much, they are even much more at prices 10-70% lower than their competitors. They even promise that if you do find a product for less on a competing website then tell them in the FocalPrice forum, they will resolve to match it. Is that true? I hope so.

The shipment and fee

It surprised me that all orders at FocalPrice are shipped by airmail for free with a three month guarantee on most items. What’s more, FocalPrice is always optimizing the shipping process to decrease the time needed for customers to receive their orders. That sounds great!

How about the payment

To be frank, the payment of this site really dissatisfies me. They have only one payment methond. Focalprice.com accepts payment only via PayPal for retail payment. And the order will be shipped to verified address, so, you have to make sure it’s correct before paid. Focalprice.com Service center will also double confirm the abnormal address with customer. Generally, E-check and pending payment will take 3-4 business days to complete totally.

My conclusion

The products seem good, and the prices are competitive, but the payment method is too limited. You should have PayPal count, if not, you will be out of the door.

It’s very strange that when I typed Sourcingmap.com in Google search, the results didn’t show any negative information about this site even the complaints. Is the site really perfect? Let’s do some research now!

Sourcingmap.com was built in 2004, which is located in Shenzhen (the manufacturing industries serving for Guangdong Province and also Hong Kong). It has three operations, China, HK and USA

U.S. operations are located at 1001 BayHill Drive, Suite 200 San Bruno, CA 94066.

Hong Kong operations are located at Unit B, 2/F, High Fashion Centre, 1 – 11 Kwai Hei Street, Kwai Chung.

China operations are located 225 Xin Cun, Da Wang Shan, Sha Jing,Bao An,Shenzhen

The numbers are: +1 800 741-1388 (US)   +44 2033 551257(UK)   +86 755 29620083 (Worldwide).

SourcingMap specializes large variety products for wholesale including consumer electronics, cheap electronics, and discount electronics gadgets. But Sourcingmap is located 223 out of 237 in the category Electronics. It seems that the rank of this category is low which means its products are not so popular as I expected!

The products: limited image!

SourcingMap offers online purchase of the latest products, at ex-factory prices and in small quantities, directly from hundreds of factories in China and the rest of Asia. Member factories specialize in MP3 and MP4 players, Digital Cameras, Cell Phone Accessories, Computer Accessories, Costume Jewelry, Radio Control Toys, and various electronics and gadgets. Sounds good! But when I choose a product to see more details, I got nothing except only one picture of this product. Also, no more details were showed below the product. So, it is really hard for me to recognize the item is good or not for me.

Delivery service: Poor description

I happened to see a complaint about the delivery service like this “Their website shows a shipping charges chart and advises, a delivery to USA could take between 5 & 10 days. But the fact that it could take up to 30 days…I find the explanation a bit misleading and non committal! When trying to contact the phone numbers in the top right hand corner of the web site, I had the Chinese language to decipher! So I was disappointed by the lengthy delivery time. Naturally by selecting a Courier service at considerable extra cost, the delivery time could be reduced. This being the case the goods tend to be just as expensive, if not more than sourcing them locally!…..Still waiting for my goods, which will more than likely arrive after I actually need them!” So, there are still complaints about this site. I just hope that the guy could get his product without other problems!

Conclusion

Maybe sourcingmap really do a great effort on hiding away the bad reviews about it! I just suggest you that have a careful look at everything before your purchasing!

Perfect Goods at Meritline.com, But Disgusting Customer Service

Meritline.com is found by me occasionally. I am amazed about its so high click rate: 437579. Therefore, I boldly shop at Meritline.com for bags and clothing. To my joy, I was pleased with their goods, high-quality and affordable. However, I am not satisfied with their customer service at all. In my opinion, the attitude depends on everything. A poor service can destroy its business.

How about goods at Meritline.com?

First of all, I feel fresh when opening Meritline.com and I am deeply attracted by their far-ranging goods. I find the target goods very easily, for the site is well laid out. For instance, each selection for each category is in line, including daily deals, clearance, dollar store, best sellers, new arrivals and wholesales.

On the basis of my purchase, I think goods are alright at Meritline.com. But I think the goods are fakes, the quality and the price of which are fine and reasonable. Each product is described in details, reasonable price, clear pictures, comments, rating stars, description and shipping and return policy. However, to my disappointment, branded goods are scare. So on the whole, no special goods is seen in this site, and I am not very satisfied with goods in this site.

Is the live chat scamming me?

It is the worst service I have met. The live chat is always offline, but it tells us it is online from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm on workdays. I cannot find any staff who can service for me. Is it cheating me? I cannot express my angry mood. When I want to phone its staff, it is always busy line. How terrible and awful! What’s worse, it just takes me a lot of time to find its contact information. In one word, its customer service is cheating me.

Shipping: Reasonable?

Although Meritline.com acclaims it will not charge any customer with hidden fee on their order, yet the shipping fee is not free which is charged according to shipping method. More ridiculously, the company says days for order processing need 1 to 2 business days, but my order for the bag took 2 weeks. Besides, the shipping methods are vast and diverse, but the company doesn’t receive Federal Express, DHL, USPS or any carriers.

Return policy: Fine

Generally I have no complaint of its return policy. The general return for refund is within 30 days. The return for replacement is within 180 days.

Conclusion

Although the goods are fine at inferior prices, yet I am doubted about poor customer service and shipping. I think customer service is the basic attitude towards the customers. Anyone cannot bear a poor service. I could never shop here again.

Dealextreme.com Review：Is it a big wholesaler? What about the product and service?

For the coming Christmas day, it’s the time for me to choose a cool gift for my nephew. He is a fanatic of gadgets, so I decide to start my shopping journey from China shopping website. Dealextreme.com is the first site that caught my eyes, no doubt, before purchasing, I need to do some work on it.

The products on Dealextreme.com

It really surprises me the visitors are far more than dhgate.com which I have heard from my friends. When I opened the product page, I found that most of the items are reviewed 5 golden stars. I compared the price with dhgate.com, most of the items here are cheaper a little than former. Maybe that is one of the reasons why this website has more visitors. Also, the picture of the product is clear enough to identify whatever the size or the details. The most important thing is that they not only provide you the detailed pictures of the product but also show you the customer videos and images completely. If you don’t know how to control the gadgets you bought from here, which is absolutely a useful instruction. That sounds really cool!

Why are the Prices so Competitive?
Price is the key for shopping plan and also the first factor that most customers concerned. I notice that there are three reasons why Dealextreme.com has lower price: they keep small inventory, making purchase orders on a daily basis and contacting all suppliers for the latest supply status multiple times each day. Plus, their warehouse is literally next to the shipping carrier. So now, I don’t need to doubt if the product is not so good for its lower price.

Shipping and payment
In this website, a lots of methods are available for shipping methods – EMS, DHL, Hong Kong Post to name a few. They accept PayPal and bank transfer. The most popular method for shipping maybe Hongkong Post, which is a regular post without any tracking. Hong Kong post is not a cool method for mailing across countries. I had experienced some the same thing once. (It does not make senses that you pay more in shipping than item prices).

Just as stated above, the non-tracking shipping methods make some clients unsatisfied. In complaintboard.com, I found that there are some complaints on the shipping issues, some complaint that the arrival items are defective; some other issued a scam…. Nearly all of the posts are related with the shipping.

Frank speaking,

Consider the high volume of shipping in dealextreme.com, the unsatisfied level are much lower than other shopping website. So, I think dealextreme.com should try more aggressive measures to solve the shipping issues

Aliexpress.com review: a big or small wholesaler? Any scam/legit issues?

Aliexpress.com was listed on our watch list one month ago but we still did not see its upgrading until now. We began to wonder if this site is too small or just a scam? Now, let’s look at it to find more details of it.

Is Aliexpress.com a Scam? legit?

From google information, Aliexpress.com was a wholesale platform like DHgate, almost the same: You and seller make a deal on the platform, you pay to AliExpress, and the seller ships the good to you, then you confirm then sellers get the money. To some extent, Aliexpress.com is a platform

When I open the “contact us” page of this site, there was no official contact address and phone No. on its official website, only told me to contract with the supplier directly. It is proven that this site is playing the 3rd part role.

They sell EVERYTHING. While this technically isn’t a scam, it means you’re probably not working with the actual manufacturer, you’re working with a trader which means maybe it is legal but you never get the best price.

Is Aliexpress.com is a small seller?

There are a great number of products offered by Aliexpress.com such as cell phones, bags, shoes, wedding apparel and so on. You can nearly find whatever things you want. It sounded that AliExpress had the highest standard for its suppliers, however, we found that some power sellers in DHgate also stepped in this new wholesale market. The trade record in major wholesale marketplace also indicated that Aliexpress.com was not new to market. Perhaps it is not the biggest seller but not small.

Their products: fake or not?

When you opened Aliexpress.com, you will find their star products shall be: cell phone, watches, electronic and so on. To be honest, the product had no surprise for me. Also, the product picture is not clear that it is hard for me to recognize. From many reviews, I found that the quality of product here is just so so.

Conclusion
Maybe if you are doing wholesale business but have no manufacturer, Aliexpress.com can be your consideration, but if you are a shopping customer, I don’t think it’s a good choice for you.

Milanoo.com review: Is it women’s focus point? How about the Credibility

My best friend Ada is now in the tension state because of her wedding. Right now, choosing a beautiful wedding dress no doubt comes first! And she decided to shop online. As her old friend, I think I should do something for her. For example, help her do some searching about it. Milanoo.com is the first website we will pay attention to!

After typed wedding dress in Google search, Milanoo.com appeared on the first page. That seems this website has achieved certain rank among numerous wholesalers. Good beginning! But how about the product it sells? Let’s do more research.

What does Milanoo Specialize?

Millanoo is a China online retail store which was founded in 2008 by Albert Feng. The company is registered in Hong Kong, which gives them an extra little bit of credibility. Trading operations are run from Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan province.

It specializes in selling Wedding and Special Events Dresses, Cos-play Costumes and other widely selectable styles of apparel. We can easily find that this site keeps its eyes on women’s clothing and fashion. Their offer on wedding, formal and prom dresses is remarkable, and so it is the range of customers. Cosplay lovers will absolutely find what they are looking for. Although relatively new to online trading, but it seems that the brand is becoming quickly recognized as a reliable wholesale distributor. Also, we can find some advice on how to choose the best and most suitable products from a blog that Milanoo runs. Everything goes smoothly!

Milanoo products: Limited but trustful?

From its homepage, the catalog of product is really not so abundant which only contains wedding apparel, clothing, shoes, bags and so on. All of the products appear to be the women’s favorite. No wonder so many brides-to-be decide to choose Milanoo as her wedding dress source place. So, what on hell the product looks like?

1. For the picture
I like the main color of the product page, full of warm! But I’m not into the picture background of the product. Too drab! Maybe adding up some scenes to match the dress would be better!

2. For the price and quality

Browsing the product reviews is the direct way to know its product price and quality. I have saw lots of good reviews about it but also bad reviews. Milano is a middleman, which means that they get your order, and whoever can do it the cheapest makes it. That is to say you’re basically stuck with a grab bag, so sometimes you’ll get a horrible polyester nightmare, and sometimes everything will turn out okay. Same price but not the same product! If you are willing to have a risk, then you can have a try!

The shipment and return policy

The shipment methods of Milanoo include EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, and Sagawa Express but they don’t say how many days will be taken through these shipping methods. Furthermore, if there is any problem with the product they sent, you can ship the package to the designated address given from the personnel in charge of RMA. Also you need to cover the return shipping fee for package return. Milanoo will proceed to full refund as long as receiving the returning package as per related tracking information. That sounds better than other websites which require customer to pay for these fees.

My conclusion
From these parts of Milanoo I’ve said above, both good and bad exist in the site. In my opinion, for wholesaler, milanoo might be your good choice, but for sole customer, isn’t worth to take the risk, perhaps sometimes the price could beat you!
